Method Make a few small incisions into the roast. Sprinkle all-purpose seasoning and a dash of olive oil over rib-eye. Massage the oil and seasoning into the roast. Push the garlic into the incisions cut previously. Place the roast in a camp oven, on a bed of coals for approximately two hours. Cut up your choice of vegetables and put them into another cooker with oil. Sprinkle all-purpose seasoning and a quick toss around. Leave the vegies on the coals for approximately 45 minutes. Cut up roast, serve with vegies and ENJOY!
