WAECO cooking segment: Shauno makes spaghetti bolognese RECIPE Ingredients Chopped onions A dash of extra virgin olive oil Chopped garlic A couple cans of diced tomatoes (according to how many people you’re feeding) Tomato paste Chopped pork ribs Beef mince (according to how many people you’re feeding) Pasta to serve Instructions Add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and chuck in some chopped onions, a bit of garlic and a couple cans of diced tomatoes into the pot and stir. Also add a little bit of tomato paste to add a rich texture. Keep stirring the pot until it starts to simmer. Add the beef mince and chopped up pork ribs into the pot when the pasta sauce is simmering, stir then chuck the lid on the pot and let it simmer for about an hour. After about an hour it will be ready to serve with some pasta.
