Luxury-class comfort for easy retrofitting
Here’s a solution to a major problem previously faced by DIYers when retrofitting a seat heater. Many of them found it difficult to cut the heater mat to size for a neat fit. The new WAECO MagicComfort MSH 100 now comes with high-quality carbon heater elements that retain their conductivity even when cut to size. What’s more, the new retrofit insert seat heater offers a lot of features for extra comfort and convenience, including an integrated temperature guard, easy-to-use two-step controls and uniform heat distribution over the entire surface.
This makes luxury-class comfort accessible to everyone. As with seat heating integrated by the manufacturer, the heating elements for the seat and backrest are fitted between the upholstery and the seat cover. The retrofit does not alter the shape and characteristics of the seat. The desired temperature can be set on a two-stage switch – much the same as with an original part.
WAECO MagicComfort MSH 100 comes as a complete seat for both front seats, including four integrated temperature guards to prevent excessive heat-up. The comfortable carbon seat heater is a breeze to fit thanks to a preassembled cable set with control electronics and two universal switches that can be placed anywhere in the vehicle. The system is e-approved according to the European Automotive EMC Directive.
