New refrigerator design, same dimensions

5-series replaces 4-series

Starting from this summer the Dometic RM 5xxx series will replace the Dometic RM 4xxx series. Well proven features have been retained for the customers. Many of them will appreciate the fact that the new fridges have the same cabinet dimensions, which ensures a smooth changeover to the 5-series. The interior has changed a great deal, however. A new standard for absorption refrigerators 8-series once for all replaces 7-series fridge generation
Caravans Salon 2011 marks the end of the Dometic 7-series. From now on the Dometic factory in Siegen, Germany, will only produce the 8-series refrigerator models which were introduced in 2006. Customers will find it easy to convert to the 8-series, because there’s no need to change the vehicle design. 8-series refrigerators have the same dimensions as those of the 7-series. » more

Now available from Dometic Seitz: the new, frameless C7 window. Measuring a mere 12 mm on the outside, it is extremely flat and adjusts snugly to the side walls of the caravan or motorhome. Dometic Seitz presents a new caravan entrance door exclusively designed for Kabe. The door frame is injection moulded from a UV-resistant plastic material, which guarantees perfect thermal insulation with no cold spots.
