Dometic WAECO International GmbH appoints up to five trainees (m/f) each year, focusing on economic professions such as office clerks, commercial clerks (wholesale and foreign trade), industrial clerks and management assistants in advertising. Applicants with university or technical college entrance qualifications have the best chances. In addition to good grades in German and mathematics, knowledge of foreign languages and computer abilities are required.

Dedication and a talent for organisation round off the profile of a promising applicant. A WAECO apprenticeship takes two or three years, depending on the trainee's educational background. The final exams are passed at IHK Münster (Chamber of Industry and Commerce). Dometic WAECO International focuses on providing comprehensive qualification. This is why our training schemes include additional in-house seminars and product instruction.
