What do motorists expect from their starter battery? In the first place, they want the battery to work impeccably anytime, in the summer and in the winter, for at least four years or 80,000 kilometres. For this is the average service life of commonly used car batteries. Loads caused by heavy electric consumers, long periods of disuse, mechanical effects or incorrectly adjusted regulators in the vehicle detract from this. Providing regular care and maintenance, you can secure the permanent readiness of your battery even beyond its average life expectancy.

The refresher can be permanently connected to the vehicle battery. It treats the battery to an invigorating training programme – fully automatically, while you are driving. When a vehicle’s starter battery has to be removed, the conditioner temporarily takes over the power supply to the appliances. In this way, stored data – e. g. in car radios – can be retained.
