These ceramic cooktops can be used both ashore and afloat. They work with gas – and extremely efficiently at that. Each hotplate has a simmering plate behind it, which is heated by the flue gas from the burner in front. This means you can cook in two pans when operating one burner. The frameless cooktops are completely flush with the countertop, which makes cleaning a breeze. Installation takes just a few steps, a chimney connection is not required.
