DEFA DVS90 sets new benchmarks for motor vehicle alarm systems: suitable for cars, vans, transporters and trucks alike, the novel alarm system provides a three-fold security concept for perfect all-round protection. It reliably monitors all doors and windows as well as the boot and the engine compartment. What’s more, the system incorporates a smart interior surveillance system. The level sensor, last but not least, protects from theft of tyres and prevents the vehicle from being towed away. DEFA DVS90 is universally suitable for all vehicle models, with or without CAN bus system.
The key highlight about this product is its easy installation. The DVS90 alarm system is simply adjusted to the vehicle with a special software. This is done not earlier than during installation. Programming is a matter of seconds, a standard USB cable is all that is required. The obvious benefit of this method is that it makes sure you always have the latest available controls for the vehicle electronics system. Moreover, the alarm system comprises extremely compact components which are easy to fit in the vehicle.
Due to the modular design concept, the new DEFA alarm system can easily adapted to all individual requirements. Depending on the vehicle, the base unit can be connected to several movement sensors for interior surveillance, or to various types of sensors. Maximum security is guaranteed by the integrated backup siren, which reliably triggers alarm even if the power supply was interrupted, the siren’s connection cable cut off, or the system disconnected from the vehicle battery. Its ear-piercing alarm scares off every potential burglar.
The DEFA DVS90 alarm system comes at a competitive price. Add-ons for individual configuration are available at a surcharge. Installation by an authorised motor garage is recommendable.
