A járműklímák vákuumozása

A személygépjárművek klímaberendezéseinek vákuumozása erre a célra tervezett vákuumszivattyúval kell, hogy történjen. A túlméretezett vákuumszivattyúkkal történő túl gyors vákuumozás a klímaberendezésben található maradék páratartalom jegesedéséhez vezet, ami hibákat okoz a rendszerben.

A mai személygépjárművek klímaberendezései maximum 3 liternyi levegőt tartalmaznak. Következésképpen a vákuumozási folyamat során percenként csak 3 liter levegő áramlik keresztül a szervizcsatlakozón. Az alábbi vákuumszivattyúkat pontosan arra tervezték, hogy alkalmazhatók legyenek a speciális űrtartalmú járműklímáknál.

Ha a szivattyú teljesítménye túl magas, a nedvesség megfagyhat, ami a légkondicionáló rendszer hibás működését okozhatja.

A/C leak detectors

Leak detection is a key part of A/C servicing and recovery. Leaks from car air conditioning systems can reduce engine efficiency, and cause loss of refrigerant into the environment. WAECO offers a full range of air con leak detection equipment using traditional and state-of-the-art techniques (see our A/C leak detection webpage), as well as a reference leak for electronic leak detectors. This easy-to-use, practical tool lets you check that your electronic leak detectors are working properly, ensuring that the service you deliver meets your customers’ expectations every time.

WAECO’s oil checkers are also a key component of the A/C recovery product range, allowing you to check quickly and safely whether the condition of the oil indicates that there are issues with an A/C unit’s compressor.

From evacuation through recharging

Refrigerant evacuation is the key step in the A/C recovery process. Evacuation of automotive A/C systems must be carried out with vacuum pumps specifically designed for this purpose. Using oversized vacuum pumps leads to residual moisture in the air conditioning system freezing, and consequently to system malfunctions. Our vacuum pump has been precision-designed to match the specific capacity requirements of automotive A/C systems, with a flowrate that is optimized to prevent system damage.

The vacuum pump is matched to use with our refrigerant recovery unit, allowing automatic self-emptying of A/C systems, and safe transfer of refrigerant.

The recharging process is made easy by an array of products specifically designed for use with automotive air conditioning systems:
