A evacuação de sistemas de ar condicionado de veículos deve ser feita com bombas de vácuo específicas para a finalidade. Uma evacuação excessivamente rápida por meio de bombas de vácuo sobredimensionadas causará o congelamento da humidade residual no sistema de ar condicionado e, consequentemente, avarias no sistema.

Os sistemas de ar condicionado de veículos atuais têm um volume máximo limitado a 3 litros de ar. Por isso, apenas 3 litros de ar por minuto fluirão através do acoplador de serviço durante o processo de evacuação. As bombas de vácuo mostradas abaixo foram precisamente concebidas para satisfazer os requisitos de capacidade específica dos sistemas de ar condicionado para veículos.

A/C leak detectors

Leak detection is a key part of A/C servicing and recovery. Leaks from car air conditioning systems can reduce engine efficiency, and cause loss of refrigerant into the environment. From evacuation through recharging

Refrigerant evacuation is the key step in the A/C recovery process. Evacuation of automotive A/C systems must be carried out with vacuum pumps specifically designed for this purpose. Using oversized vacuum pumps leads to residual moisture in the air conditioning system freezing, and consequently to system malfunctions. Our vacuum pump has been precision-designed to match the specific capacity requirements of automotive A/C systems, with a flowrate that is optimized to prevent system damage.

The vacuum pump is matched to use with our refrigerant recovery unit, allowing automatic self-emptying of A/C systems, and safe transfer of refrigerant.
