Evacuazione dei climatizzatori auto

L’evacuazione dei climatizzatori deve essere svolta con l’impiego di specifiche pompe a vuoto. L’evacuazione troppo rapida con l’impiego di pompe a vuoto sovradimensionate potrebbe far ghiacciare l’umidità rimasta all’interno del climatizzatore, provocando malfunzionamenti.

I sistemi A/C dei veicoli moderni hanno un volume massimo di 3 litri d’aria. Durante il processo di evacuazione sono in grado di scaricare solo 3 litri d’aria al minuto attraverso il dispositivo di accoppiamento collegato. Le pompe a vuoto raffigurate di seguito sono perfettamente compatibili con i diversi requisiti dei climatizzatori.

Se le prestazioni delle pompe sono troppo elevate, l’umidità potrebbe congelare, il che potrebbe a sua volta comportare un malfunzionamento dell’impianto clima.
